PhysioXtra works closely with orthopaedic surgeon, Dr Malcolm Wicks, servicing his inpatients and outpatients with a special interest in shoulder and upper limb presentations.

PhysioXtra City prides itself on 30 minute appointments in order to provide a higher level of care to all patients.
Our opening hours are extended to include early morning and evening appointments as well as Saturday mornings.
Adam Twelftree
Adam Twelftree is the principal physiotherapist at PhysioXtra Adelaide and completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2003. Adam is experienced in the treatment and rehabilitation of shoulder injuries, general musculoskeletal problems, sporting injuries and post operative management. Adam has worked with various sporting teams including SANFL clubs and state basketball teams.
Joel
Joel Hill has a bachelor of Physiotherapy (UniSA) and is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia (MPA) and Sports Physiotherapy Australia (SPA).
He has experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of; shoulder injuries, general musculoskeletal presentations, postoperative management, and acute brain injuries. Joel also works as a Physiotherapist within the SAAFL.
Interests outside of work revolve largely around Joel’s passion for outdoor sports including mountaineering and rock climbing.
Rikki 
has a Master of Physiotherapy Postgraduate degree, having first completed a Bachelor of Human Movement (Health and Sports Science) at the University of South Australia. She is a current APA member.
Rikki has experience in treating general musculoskeletal problems and shoulder injuries. Her experience also inlcudes instructing pilates and working with netball and football teams. Being a retired elite netballer herself due to injury she has great passion as a physiotherapist in her work and duty of care.
Rikki's other daily interests include keeping fit by running, gym, cardio classes and yoga.
