We can answer many of your simple questions about your consults with Dr Wicks or regarding your hospital concerns, however if it is of medical importance then we will consult Dr. Wicks before responding. We will try to make your visits as least stressful and as pleasant as we can during your episode of care.
For any enquiries about your account or our billing procedures, please contact us and we will try to explain. Sometimes concerns arise with the health insurance and Medicare rebates; we are happy to help you clarify and sort out any such matters.

As Practice manager, I have to deal with all the problems that Dr. Wicks cares to throw up at me (and organise him), however I would be delighted to help you with any enquiries regarding your treatment if able (otherwise I will ask the "Doc") or about your hospitalisation, investigations or accounts.
As a family person I appreciate many of the complexities of life and will do all to make you feel comfortable during your period of assessment and treatment.
